The VitalLink Consulting Agency is an independent Organizational Development consulting firm founded in 1994 by Frederick W. Lovelace. The VitalLink Consulting Agency provides timely and reasonably priced consulting support to government agencies and commercial businesses. Our operations are oriented toward the application of systems management techniques
- to identify, develop and recommend practical and direct solutions to organizational problems;
- the development of training programs and associated documentation and the conduct of business training seminars, and
- the providing of forecasting and operational security support recommendations in support of client business efforts.
The agency is a Vietnam-era veteran owned small business. It is registered with the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and currently holds the following business certifications:
- Minority Business Enterprise, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Minority and Women Business Enterprise, State of Delaware
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, City of Wilmington, Delaware
